Amunchkin Idol

Our playgroup got together and put on a spoof of American Idol. The kids got to sing songs of their choice. They all wore official numbers and sang with a microphone on the stage. It was hilarious! Cole sang two original songs. The first was "I Love You Girl"...a song he made up for his mum. (awww) It goes like this: I love you girl. I love you girl. I love you girl forever. (again, awwww) Then he sang "Cars" to the tune of Lifehouse's First Time. Cole's lyrics were: cars,cars,cars,cars...

Running the bases

On Memorial Day we went to a Redbirds game. After the last out they let the kids run the bases. It was really cool! Cole had a good time. First I ran with him and then Dan took him around. I really thought he would take 5 steps and be done, but he ran!
