Help For Haiti

My friend Amber sent out an email from her church that had a good way for children to help the people in Haiti. You could either donate $12 to make one kit or go get the stuff yourself. We went to the store so Cole could pick out all the items. We were able to make 2 bags for $12! Yea!
The other night when Cole was saying his prayers he prayed for "the people who don't have anything."

More Cole-isms and other funny stuff Cole says

Cotton Cheese Furball: a beverage he makes for me to drink when he is in the bathtub.

The Hards: when he is frustrated with Legos because they come apart or won't stick together. "I'm not playing with these Legos anymore because they are giving me the hards."

When Cole says something and I laugh he says "Do you think that's hilarious? Do you want to put it on your blog?"

There is a show some of you might have heard of called SpongeBob Squarepants. (haha!) Well, SpongeBob makes Krabby Patties to eat...and now Cole loves to eat "Krabby Patties." Krabby Patties: any hamburger on a bun. Could be homemade or from a fast food restaurant. Cole loves them sooooo much that the kiddie size doesn't do it for him. We have to get him what we get! Crazy kid doesn't like fries, so we only get him the "Krabby Patty" but still!

A tiny BIT OF *S*N*O*W*

We were so excited when we went to bed last night. The weather channel and local channels all said it would snow last night and there would be snow on the ground in the morning! And then it would snow some more today. I got out all the snowy weather accessories and laid them out and made sure we had hot chocolate.
When we woke up all the schools were closed today. Um, it was like the snow fairy sprinkled powdered sugar in our yard...a super thin layer. The most snow we had was in the driveway, so when the mail came we bundled up and got it and then played for a few minutes. It was sooooo cold.
